Tiny lively bubbles. Deep straw colour. Very pungent, nose-clearing aroma. Citrus, a hint of coconut and not especially dry but very refined. Bracing freshness. Nice chalky texture on the finish. Though only medium persistence.– 17.5 Points, Jancis Robinson.
“Bright gold. Profound, complex nose intermixing dried fruits, honey, toasted almond and a pastry note. Remarkable balance on the palate between vinosity and freshness with an ethereal character emphasising the very elegant, lingering aromatic spectrum.” – 98 Points, Gilbert & Gaillard.
