Forrest Beach Estate Sauvignon Blanc Semillon 2018

2018 was an excellent vintage in Margaret River. Near-perfect conditions persisted throughout the region from mid-December all the way through to the end of harvest. This wine is a clear pale straw colour. The nose shows lime and citrus fruits combined with some lifted floral notes. A touch of spicy barrel ferment adds complexity. The palate is a rich array of ripe fruits- white peach, apple, and rock melon. The wine finishes bright, with a mineral texture.
