Domaine De Souch Jurançon Cuvée Domaine Magnum 2017

$195.00 inc. GST

Golden coloured wine, the nose is floral and elegant with hints of honey and vanilla. The wide mouth is pure and well-balanced with exotic fruits aromas. The fresh final is long and persistent. Definitely one of the greatest wines of Jurançon.

The wines from Jurançon  made an historical footprint in the XVIth century during the baptism of the king to be Henri IV. It is believed that his lips were moistened with a few drops of the wine. Later, it became quite regular to witness a couple of bottles on the King’s table during royal banquets.

Matching with: These are very versatile gourmet wines that can be drunk as an aperitif with cheese and will go perfectly with poultry with cream, chicken with onions, veal blanquette, sweet and sour dishes, cheese and fruit dessert such as apple pie.
